Leslie A. Saltzman, DO, MBA, is board certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her training at University of Pennsylvania’s Pennsylvania Hospital and also holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She co-founded Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center and served as Medical Director from 2008-2014. She has also held the position of Medical Director at Tandigm Health and Senior Medical Director at HealthReveal. She is currently Senior Director of Medicine at TrialSpark.
Elizabeth Fabens, MD is a highly experienced internist with over 35 years of demonstrated excellence in internal medicine at Greenhouse Internists, Philadelphia. Dr. Fabens is well-loved by her Philadelphia community and was named a Top Doctor by Philadelphia Magazine 5 years in a row. As the founder and practice owner of Greenhouse Internists for over three decades, Dr. Fabens oversaw the direct care of over 6,000 patients with acute and chronic illnesses and led a team of 15+ medical and clerical staff.
Dr. Fabens is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, holds a Pennsylvania state license, DEA License, and is a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Fabens will begin seeing patients on Fridays starting in August 2023 and will also have scheduled telemedicine visits one day per week.
Maria Mazzotti, D.O., is a board certified physician with over 15 years of experience. Patients describe her as “caring, professional and compassionate.” Prior to joining our practice, she practiced at Penn Care’s Spruce Internal Medicine.
Dr. Mazzotti received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Between 1996 and 1997, she also held the position of Chief Resident of Family Medicine at PCOM. Her professional interests include: family medicine and community health.
Dr. Mazzotti is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and children.

Dr. Orr has held various positions throughout her career, contributing to several reputable healthcare organizations. From 2004 to 2023 she was an integral part of Jefferson Abington Hospital, where she worked at Family Practice of Willow Grove and held Medical Directorship roles at Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
She is board certified in family medicine and with her extensive training, qualifications, and experience, Dr. Jennifer Orr continues to make a significant impact in the field of family medicine and delivers compassionate care to her patients.
Alicia C. Loper, MSN, CRNP has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years and prior to that she was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Alicia will help us to provide optimal medical care as an integral member of a primary care team due to her experience and stellar reputation.
As a registered nurse with outpatient experience in primary care, anticoagulation, and surgery, as well as inpatient experience in medical, surgical, and cardiac units, she holds a variety of skills that will be valuable to our practice and patients.
