Dr. Leslie Saltzman

Board Certified Internal Medicine

Leslie A. Saltzman, DO, MBA, is board certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her training at University of Pennsylvania’s Pennsylvania Hospital and also holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She co-founded Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center and served as Medical Director from 2008-2014. She has also held the position of Medical Director at Tandigm Health and Senior Medical Director at HealthReveal. She is currently Senior Director of Medicine at TrialSpark.

Dr. Maria Mazzotti

Dr. Mazzotti CV

Maria Mazzotti, D.O., is a board certified physician with over 15 years of experience. Patients describe her as “caring, professional and compassionate.” Prior to joining our practice, she practiced at Penn Care’s Spruce Internal Medicine.

Dr. Mazzotti received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Between 1996 and 1997, she also held the position of Chief Resident of Family Medicine at PCOM. Her professional interests include: family medicine and community health.

Dr. Mazzotti is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and children.

Joanna R. Wishnoff

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Joanna R. Wishnoff, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC has been with Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center for 3 years. She joined us from Spectrum Health Services and CVS health clinic where she gained a strong understanding of developing treatment plans for acute and chronic concerns in the scope of pediatrics, gynecology, and adults.

Joanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University and continued on to La Salle University to earn her Master of Science in Nursing in FNP. She describes herself as a motivated, hardworking individual that is always looking for continued opportunities for learning and advancement.

Joanna is enthusiastic about being a part of a team that provides comprehensive, integrated, and holistic care to all women. Joanna is looking forward to providing the best possible care to her patients as well as inspiring women to enrich their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being in order to reach their ideal health.



Rayna Tarlow

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Rayna Tarlow, MSN, CRNP, AGPCNP-BC, joins us as a Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Upon earning a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in psychology and statistics, Rayna completed a degree in nursing through Thomas Jefferson University’s accelerated nursing program. After gaining experience in the field, she continued her studies at Jefferson, gaining her Masters of Science in Nursing in Primary Care.

Dedicated to patient advocacy and person-centered care, Rayna is enthusiastic to be a member of the esteemed team at RWWC where she can build dynamic conversations with her patients in pursuit of shared decision making and personalized care. Rayna looks forward to working alongside her patients at RWWC to not only foster wellbeing but to support and encourage their agency at every stage of life and treatment.



Alicia Loper

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Alicia C. Loper, MSN, CRNP has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years and prior to that she was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Alicia will help us to provide optimal medical care as an integral member of a primary care team due to her experience and stellar reputation.

As a registered nurse with outpatient experience in primary care, anticoagulation, and surgery, as well as inpatient experience in medical, surgical, and cardiac units, she holds a variety of skills that will be valuable to our practice and patients.

Alicia received her MSN in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care at LaSalle University. She earned her BSN at Temple University, and her ASN at Penn State University/Frankford Hospital School of Nursing. She describes herself as collaborative, flexible, and self-motivated; with a strong desire to provide optimal medical care as an integral member of a primary care team.
