Hours

Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center™ is open Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm (closing at 5pm on Friday’s during the summer) and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm (excluding major holidays). Please call 215-735-7992, go directly to your patient portal, or email info@rwwc.com, to schedule an appointment.

Your First Appointment: A Checklist for Patients

To prepare for your first appointment:

  • Request your appointment by filling out this page.
  • Print and fill out our required forms using the ‘FORMS’ button above. (optional, we can give you these to fill out in office before your appointment if you’d like)

Please bring:

  • Your insurance and/or Medicare cards.
  • Any relevant medical records.
  • A list of medicines that you are currently taking.

If you will be late for a scheduled appointment, please call us at (215) 735-7992 so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required when scheduling Wellness, Internal Medicine, Fitness, Emotional Well-Being and Nutrition appointments.

We ask that you please give us one business day’s notice before cancelling your appointment. If you do not call us to cancel your appointment or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged as follows:

Internal Medicine / Specialty Gyn/ DermaCenter: $50

Nutrition: $125 initial / $65 follow up

Psychology: $150
