Gayllyn M. Faust-Rakos, Board Certified Gynecologist, has been practicing for over 25 years. Dr. Faust-Rakos began her studies by earning two undergraduate degrees at Moravian College: a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, before going on to achieve her Doctor of Osteopathy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Faust-Rakos trained as a resident at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown and earned the title of chief resident during her final year of training. Following her residency Dr. Faust-Rakos continued working for the St. Luke’s Physician group as an OB/GYN for 5 years. She has practiced at several different facilities for extended periods of time including A Women’s Place OB/GYN, Women’s Health Consultants of Lehigh Valley Women’s Cancer Center, and most recently, Coordinate Health.
Throughout her career Dr. Faust-Rakos gained professional memberships to three different osteopathic associations including AOA, POMA and ACOOG, as well as the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.
Dr. Jacqueline N. Gutmann received her medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine, and completed her residency and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she received the Irving Friedman Award for Excellence in Patient Care and was also named a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. She currently serves on the medical advisory board of the American Fertility Association (AFA). She has been featured on The Learning Channel and in Philadelphia Magazine. She is board certified in OB/GYN and sub-specialty board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Gutmann is a Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University. She has also been named a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine and physician rating’s companies Castle Connolly and Vitals.com.
Leslie A. Saltzman, DO, MBA, is board certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her training at University of Pennsylvania’s Pennsylvania Hospital and also holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She co-founded Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center and served as Medical Director from 2008-2014. She has also held the position of Medical Director at Tandigm Health and Senior Medical Director at HealthReveal. She is currently Senior Director of Medicine at TrialSpark.
Maria Mazzotti, D.O., is a board certified physician with over 15 years of experience. Patients describe her as “caring, professional and compassionate.” Prior to joining our practice, she practiced at Penn Care’s Spruce Internal Medicine.
Dr. Mazzotti received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Between 1996 and 1997, she also held the position of Chief Resident of Family Medicine at PCOM. Her professional interests include: family medicine and community health.
Dr. Mazzotti is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and children.
