Lab Appointments/Blood Draws
We draw blood in our Rittenhouse location for labs that our providers have ordered. Unfortunately, we can not draw blood for outside providers.
Annual Physicals and GYN visits:
Annual physicals and gyn visits: Please make sure that it has been 365 days since you have had your last preventive appointment. If you have seen another doctor or practitioner within the last year, please check if your visit was billed as a preventive service before scheduling your physical or annual gyn exam, otherwise you will be responsible for the visit. The annual gyn exam covers a breast exam, pelvic exam, pap smear and contraception, the annual physical covers a physical exam and discussion of preventive services including mammogram, colonoscopy, dexa scan, recommended blood work and vaccines, if you have other complaints to discuss you may be charged an additional copay by your insurance company.
After Hours/On-Call Coverage
A medical provider is available by phone at all times to assist our patients with emergencies, such as hospital admission and evaluation of urgent medical problems. If you need to speak with a physician or practitioner after hours, please call 215-735-7992.
Please also have yourself or a caregiver call to notify us if you are headed to the ER. This way we can be in touch with the facility where you are being treated and assure the best of care.
Please call us regarding all other issues during our normal office hours. Examples of non-emergency issues include requests for treatment of non-urgent conditions, prescription refills, and results of laboratory testing. We’ll be able to address your needs more efficiently and accurately.
