Jillan Rowbotham, D.O., a board certified internist, was first exposed to medicine while volunteering for Hospice of Lansing during her third year of college, and it was a life-changing experience that made her want to become a doctor. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She received her training in Internal Medicine at Main Line Health’s Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania where she was one of the top residents in her program. “Dr. Rowbotham remains one of our best residents. She is absolutely dedicated to the well-being of her patients and is a wonderful communicator with patients and their families.” Dr. Rowbotham’s schedule began filling up weeks in advance with women patients and this gave her the experience and solid grounding to focus on women’s health. Her professional interests include: gastroenterology, weight management, nutrition and food policy.

Dr. Rowbotham completed her undergraduate work at Michigan State University, earning a B.S. in Human Biology with High Honors. Prior to completing her residency training, Dr. Rowbotham volunteered to travel to Guayaquil, Ecuador where she assisted in reconstructive surgeries.

Dr. Rowbotham is the co-founder of Physicians for Humanity; and is also an active member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, The Obesity Society and has been awarded the William Dickerson Memorial Award. As an undergraduate, she was also selected as the Academic Woman of the Year.

Dr. Monica Duvall

Monica Duvall, M.D., is a board certified family physician with over 10 years experience. She joins us from the University of Pennsylvania Health System where she practiced medicine and held a faculty position.

Dr. Duvall received her Doctorate in Medicine from Temple University’s School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and received a general honors certificate. Her professional interests include: preventive medicine as well as women’s medicine.

Dr. Duvall is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and The Union League of Philadelphia.

Dr. Maria Mazotti

Maria Mazzotti, D.O., is a board certified physician with over 15 years of experience. Patients describe her as “caring, professional and compassionate.” Prior to joining our practice, she practiced at Penn Care’s Spruce Internal Medicine.

Dr. Mazzotti received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Between 1996 and 1997, she also held the position of Chief Resident of Family Medicine at PCOM. Her professional interests include: family medicine and community health.

Dr. Mazzotti is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and children.

Rebecca Oliger

Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Rebecca Ohliger, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with her BA in Medicine, Health, and Society in 2014 and then went on to complete her Masters in Nursing by 2017. Rebecca has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner at two different offices before joining us at RWWC.

Rebecca gained outstanding clinical experience in health education & preventive services, chronic health problems, acute illnesses, co-morbidity management, evidence-based intervention, multi-disciplinary collaboration, as well as ordering and interpreting tests.

Becca is thrilled to be joining the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center team. She is passionate about creating a true partnership with her patients, and is looking forward to collaborating with women to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Charlotte Scott

Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Charlotte Scott, MS, CRNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Women’s Health and a strong skillset in comprehensive patient care and coordination. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Columbia University School of Nursing and continued on at the same university to achieve her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Women’s Health Subspecialty degree.

Charlotte has gained remarkable experience in wide-ranging exams, diagnosis and patient management. She brings experience in gender affirming care as well as full scope sexual health management. Charlotte is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society of Nursing.

Charlotte is excited to join the team at Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center where she looks forward to fostering the relationship between primary care, women’s health and patient health advocacy. She believes that healthcare and wellness should be integrative and interdisciplinary and looks forward to helping her patients shape their healthcare goals.

Melissa Boctor

Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Boctor is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner that has devoted herself to the art, science and clinical craft of optimizing Women’s wellness. Before joining us as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, she worked with us for two years counseling, educating, and triaging patients, coordinating patient centered care among a team of practitioners and outside care networks.

Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society. She completed an array of clinical rotations across several renowned institutions, some of which include UPENN Breast Specialty Center, UPENN OBGYN, and Lankenau Labor and Delivery.

Melissa is thrilled to practice at RWWC and hopes that during her time here she is able to empower and advocate for women clinically, socially, and politically.
