Our Weight Management Program’s focus is to provide our patients with the knowledge and skills needed to loose unhealthy weight and keep it off! Our team includes a Board Certified Family Physician who is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, the healthy lifestyles program coordinator, nutritionists, personal trainers, and licensed Psychologists. After meeting with the Weight Management Healthy Lifestyles Program Coordinator, Dr. Stephanie McKnight, and our team of Registered Dietitians, your will receive a comprehensive assessment of your special weight loss needs, which may include a customized meal plan and one-on-one instructions to help you gain the confidence to succeed in your 6 Core Program. This program will ultimately redefine the way you view weight management and help you to achieve realistic and sustainable results.
